Pasally 2.0 · An agentic operating layer for office work

The office,
executed.

Pasally is an agentic AI that does the work, not just talks about it. One ask — it locates the file, reads the thread, drafts the reply, books the meeting, and files the result. Multi-step execution, in a single turn, on your machine.

The execution loop

Five primitives.
Composed into anything.

Most AI tools answer. Pasally does. Every request runs through the same loop — the agent plans, the agent acts, you approve only what changes the world.

01 · INTAKE
A single conversational ask
Plain English, voice, or a chip from a daily briefing. The intent is captured once — you don't restate it.
02 · PLAN
A turn becomes a sequence
The model decomposes the request into tool calls. Search, read, draft, schedule — chained, not asked one at a time.
03 · RESOLVE
Reads, lookups, indexes
Workspace search, email retrieval, calendar lookups, OCR'd documents. All happen silently — reads never need permission.
04 · DRAFT
Writes the artifact
A reply in your tone. A formatted memo. A spreadsheet with the right columns. Always a preview, never a silent commit.
05 · DISPATCH
You approve. It ships.
One click. Email sent, event created, document filed, reminder set. Versioned, undoable, logged.
One agent · every surface

The work doesn't live
in one app. Neither does Pasally.

Files, mail, calendar, contacts, projects, skills, memory — one conversation reaches all of them, and they reach each other through the agent.

▸ Workspace

Hundreds of files. Indexed locally. Zero uploads.

ChatGPT and Claude cap you at ~20 files per project, manually uploaded. Pasally indexes your entire workspace — thousands of documents across 40+ formats (DOCX, XLSX, PDF, PPTX, MD, OCR'd scans) — and reads them on demand. Nothing is sent to a server until you approve a specific action.

PDF Q3 Audit Report · §5 Vendor Reviews /compliance/2026/q3-vendor-reviews.pdf
DOCX Vendor evidence log — Q3 2026 /compliance/2026/log-q3-vendors.docx
XLSX Vendor scorecards · FY 25-26 /data/vendor-scores-2526.xlsx
▸ Inbox

Triaged before you open it.

Action / FYI / Noise, classified the moment mail lands. Pasally drafts replies and surfaces follow-ups as approval cards.

From raw data to formatted artifact — in one turn.

Memos, reports, contracts, minutes, mail-merges, charts. Pulls from your workspace, applies your templates, dispatches via Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or PDF.

▸ Skills

Bulk scoring. OCR. Translate. Chart. Compare.

Specialist primitives that fold into any turn. Score 80 vendor proposals against a rubric. Translate a DOCX AR↔EN preserving formatting. Embed a chart in a draft report.

▸ Memory · Writing style

Learns how you write. Remembers what you decide.

A persistent layer of preferences and prior decisions. Pasally won't ask you twice whether to address external partners by first name.

Signs external mail with full title
Prefers bullet replies over paragraphs
Contract template — v3.2 · auto-applied
Trust by design

Nothing leaves
without your click.

Reads, searches, lookups, OCR — silent. Every email, every calendar invite, every file write, every delete — rendered as a preview first. Editable in place, cancellable, logged.

  • Diff before write. Side-by-side preview on every file edit.
  • Render before send. The exact email, the exact attendees, before it leaves.
  • Shadow versions. Every approved write keeps the prior copy. Undo is a click.
  • Batch approval. Twenty drafts, one screen, individually selectable.

Hi Aarav,

Thanks for circling back — Tuesday 10:30 works on our side and I'll send the calendar invite separately with the agenda we discussed.

On attribution, our position hasn't changed since the March memo: we're happy to credit Acme on the joint program page provided the framing matches §4.2 of the draft. If that's still a sticking point, let's resolve it on the call rather than over email.

Best,
S.
Local-first by design

Your data, your machine.

ChatGPT and Claude make you upload twenty files at a time onto their servers. Pasally indexes hundreds locally and reads them on demand — only the small per-turn context slice ever leaves your machine. Local-LLM mode is on the roadmap for zero outbound calls at all.
