Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pasally, an AI office assistant operated by Korel (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Pasally, you agree to them.

What Pasally is

Pasally is desktop software that helps you work across your files, email, and calendar using an AI agent. It runs on your computer. Some features send data to third-party services (see our Privacy Policy).

Accounts and plans

• You can use a free tier, bring your own Anthropic API key, or subscribe to a paid plan.
• Paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI messages. When it is used up, the agent stops until you top up, upgrade, or your allowance resets — we do not silently continue and bill you extra.
• You are responsible for keeping your account email and any API keys you enter secure.

Payment

Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Pasally for anything unlawful, or to produce or distribute unlawful content.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, resell Pasally-provided AI access, or share a licence across unrelated users.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our services.

The AI can make mistakes

Pasally uses AI models that can produce incorrect or incomplete output. You are responsible for reviewing anything the agent drafts before you send, save, or act on it. Pasally holds every state-changing action — sending an email, writing a file, booking a meeting — for your explicit approval, but the final decision, and responsibility for it, is yours.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. AI, search, and payment features depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable.

Warranty and liability

Pasally is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated output that you did not review. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using Pasally and cancel any subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
